Order Form


This order form may be used to request that I bill you through Paypal, or it may be used to request a quote from me. If you choose the Paypal option, I will arrange to send you a Paypal invoice (if you change your mind about the order once you've received the invoice, all you have to do is let me know and we can cancel or alter the invoice). If you chose a quote, I will send you an email with the order information and total cost which may be printed out and sent with your check. All orders and order inquiries will be responded to as soon as possible, most within a day or two.
